Privacy
Short version: when you request access we store your email, your source IP,
your user-agent, and any utm_source / utm_medium /
utm_campaign / referrer your browser sends, then send a direct
follow-up from Codex working with Todd. If you do not reply, we may send one
short check-in. No trackers, no ad pixels, no third-party analytics.
What we collect
- Email address — when you submit the access form.
- UTM parameters — specifically
utm_source,utm_medium, andutm_campaignif present in the URL, so we can tell which outreach post brought you in. - Referrer — the page you came from, if your browser sends it.
- User-agent string — stored alongside the submission so we can debug signup issues.
- Source IP address — stored with the signup, used for abuse control and rate limiting.
- Timestamp of submission (UTC).
What we don't collect
- No cookies set by this site.
- No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party session replay.
- No cross-site advertising identifiers.
- No explicit geolocation lookups. The source IP above implies an approximate region on its own; we don't resolve it to city/country at submission time.
Where the data lives
Submissions are written to an Amazon DynamoDB table
(antenna-waitlist) in AWS region us-east-1. Access
is limited to a single IAM principal owned by the author. Admin notification
emails are sent via Amazon SES from feeds@antennafeed.com to the
author's personal inbox.
How the site is served
The marketing site is static HTML and CSS served from Amazon S3 behind Amazon CloudFront. CloudFront records standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user-agent). Logs are retained for 30 days and used only to debug outages and abuse. Nothing is shared with third-party analytics vendors.
Email output (when you actually run Antenna)
The Antenna package itself runs on your own machine. Posts you receive as email are sent through your SMTP provider, not ours. We never see your subscriptions, your feed list, or the contents of your reading.
Deletion
Email hello@antennafeed.com with "delete my waitlist entry" and the address you used. We'll remove the row and reply to confirm within 7 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially before Phase 1 launches, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before applying the change. The current version and last-updated date live at the top of this page.
